I think our first lesson was remarkably dynamic and reflective on varied issues in relation to teaching practices. The analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT Analysis) combined with a very effective selection of current applications provided a very inspiring and enriching learning experience!!!🌟 The timing of the activities and the distribution of student participation were also very well organized!!
I agree with Meli's comment. I found out first lesson to be both interactive and reflective. I particularly enjoyed the different tools and resources that we worked with and how everything was integrated in a coherent development of the class. I believe our first lesson was an interesting opportunity to reflect on our present strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT Analysis) that may lead us to a self-reflective journey along the term. I also agree on the fact that participation was well distributed. It reminded me of the importance of calling everyone's names when eliciting answers from students so that nobody is left out.

I agree with what my classmates wrote. I believe that this first lesson created a safe space where we felt comfortable discussing our strengths and weaknesses. The different activities planned guided our analysis. They triggered us to think and focus our attention on important aspects of the teaching career. I particularly like that I left the session with resources and tools to implement with my students but also with ideas that will aid in further self-development and improvement.
What I liked the most was the diversity of opinions. We didn't stick to one point of view, but we heard different people commenting on the same topic. I also felt that we could be honest and that we were welcomed to share our experiences and reflections.
